This Privacy Policy explains how The Glamorous Cowgirl ("TGC Brands," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from tgcbrands.com.

Information we collect

When you browse our site we automatically collect information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on it. As you browse we collect information about the pages and products you view, what you search for, and how you interact with the site. We call this Device Information.

When you make a purchase or attempt one, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. We call this Order Information. If you upload a photo, request a custom design, or contact us by email, we keep that correspondence so we can build your order and answer you.

We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Shopify.

How we use it

To fulfil orders (including processing payment, arranging shipping and sending order confirmations), to communicate with you, to screen for fraud, and, when you have opted in, to send marketing email. We use Device Information to improve the site and to measure and target our advertising.

Who we share it with

We use Shopify to power our online store. We also share information with:

  • Klaviyo for email marketing and customer data
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising and measurement
  • Google for Analytics, Ads, Merchant Center and Tag Manager
  • TikTok for advertising and measurement
  • Pinterest for advertising and measurement
  • Triple Whale for sales and advertising analytics
  • ShopPad (Infinite Options) for custom product options
  • Recharge for subscriptions, where applicable
  • Yoycol, Printful and Printify, our print-on-demand partners who make and ship made-to-order items. They receive your name and shipping address for those orders.
  • W3 Custom Order Status, so you can look up the progress of a custom order

You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and out of targeted advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

We may also share information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights.

Advertising and "sale" of information

Some of the advertising and analytics tools above may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws, because they use data about your visit to target advertising. To opt out, use the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer, or email howdy@tgcbrands.com and we will action your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. To make a request, email howdy@tgcbrands.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no single industry standard for how a website should respond to a Do Not Track signal, and our site does not currently change its data collection practices when it receives one. If you want us to stop sharing your information for advertising, the surest way is to tell us directly: use the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer, or email howdy@tgcbrands.com. We will action your request and write back to confirm.

Data retention

We keep Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it.

Children

Our site is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
