How it works
- Earn on every order. Every order earns points we call Rhinestones. Your tier decides how fast they add up.
- Climb the tiers. The more you order in a year, the higher your tier and the faster you earn.
- Get rewarded automatically. Every 200 Rhinestones turns into a $10 reward code, emailed straight to you. Nothing to keep track of.
- Keep your streak. Order again within 90 days and you'll earn bonus points on top.
- Bring your friends. Refer a friend and you both get rewarded. See below.

By sharing your photo you give The Glamorous Cowgirl permission to feature it on our website, emails, and social media. Rhinestones are added once the photo is approved.
The details, in plain English
Do my Rhinestones expire?
Not on a timer. They stay in your account as long as you're still shopping with us. If you go a full year without placing an order, the balance resets to zero. We'll email you 30 days before that happens, so it should never be a surprise.
How do I spend them?
The moment your balance crosses 200 Rhinestones, we email you a $10 reward code. There's no minimum spend to use it, and you have 90 days from when the code is issued to use it. Anything above the threshold stays in your account and starts working on the next one. If you happen to earn multiple $10 rewards in one purchase, they will be issued altogether as one large code.
Do I have to do anything to move up a tier?
No. When you qualify you move up, and we'll email you about it. Our system flags your tier increase automatically.
Can I lose a tier?
Tiers look at your last 12 months, so if you slow down for a long stretch you can move back down. You keep every Rhinestone you've already earned either way.
What counts toward earning?
The order subtotal, before shipping and tax.
What if I return something?
The Rhinestones for what you returned come back out of your balance. You keep credit for whatever you kept.
Can I use a reward on sale items?
Yes. Rewards work on anything, including sale and clearance.
Can I use two codes on one order?
No, it's one code per order. If you're holding more than one, use whichever saves you the most.
Do I need an account?
Yes, and you need to have ordered from us at least once. The Club is for customers, which is what lets us keep it generous instead of having it farmed by people who've never bought anything.

Right here on this page, any time you're logged in.
Photo and posting terms
Say you were rewarded
When you post publicly and claim Rhinestones for it, include #ad in the caption. That's the wording regulators actually recognise, and a branded tag on its own doesn't tell a stranger you were rewarded, which is the whole point of the rule.
Say what you actually think, good or bad. We'd rather have an honest post than a flattering one, and your Rhinestones don't depend on being nice to us.
Send us the link
Even if you tagged us. We miss a lot of tags, and even when we spot one we usually can't tell whose account it belongs to. The link is the only way we can reliably credit the right person. Sorry, we know it's an extra step.
What we do with it
By sending or tagging us a photo you're giving The Glamorous Cowgirl permission to use it on our website, in emails, in ads and on social. You keep ownership of your photo. Tell us any time if you'd like it taken down and we will. When we share your content we label it as being from a rewarded member.
Approval
Rhinestones are added once we've seen and approved the photo, usually within a few days. One award per post. We may decline anything that doesn't feature our products or isn't yours to share.
The boring but necessary bit
Rhinestones have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and aren't a gift card or store credit. Reward codes are discounts on a future order.
You must be 18 or older and have an account with us to join. We use your email and birthday only to run the Club and send your rewards, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Cowgirl Club is run by TGC Brands. We can change or end the program, but if we do we'll give members notice by email and honor any reward codes already issued.
