TGC Shipping Protection Claims
If your order included TGC Shipping Protection and something went wrong in transit — lost, stolen, or damaged — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund of the affected items.
Before you file
- Lost in transit: please allow 5 days past the last tracking update — carriers often deliver late.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with household members and neighbors first, and allow 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early.
- Damaged: keep the item and its packaging; we may ask for photos when we follow up.
What you'll need
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of what happened
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the ship date. Our team reviews claims within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm EST).
