TGC Shipping Protection Claims

If your order included TGC Shipping Protection and something went wrong in transit — lost, stolen, or damaged — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund of the affected items.

Before you file

  • Lost in transit: please allow 5 days past the last tracking update — carriers often deliver late.
  • Marked delivered but not received: check with household members and neighbors first, and allow 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early.
  • Damaged: keep the item and its packaging; we may ask for photos when we follow up.

What you'll need

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A description of what happened

Claims must be filed within 30 days of the ship date. Our team reviews claims within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm EST).
