What's covered

  • Lost in transit — tracking stops moving and the package never arrives
  • Stolen — marked delivered but never received
  • Damaged — items arrive broken or damaged

If something goes wrong, we’ll replace the affected items or refund you — no dealing with the shipping carrier required.

How to file a claim

Submit a claim here with your name, email, order number, and a description of the issue. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the ship date, and our team responds within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm EST).

TGC Shipping Protection is a service provided directly by The Glamorous Cowgirl. Orders shipped without protection are not eligible for refunds or replacements on carrier-confirmed deliveries.
